Simple Ways to Return Your Order

1. Come back into our store with a receipt or the purchase confirmation email and we will accept the return order within 30 days of the initial purchase. 

NJ Pets reserves the right to minimize returns regardless of receipt. If funds are not accessible at the store, a corporate check will be distributed. Valid government-issued ID (US-issued ID; State-issued ID; Driver's License (DL), including US and Canadian DL; Military ID; or Passport) is required for all returns and exchanges. NJ Pets electronically scans your data only for the purpose of preventing return misuse. NJ Pets will not sell the data obtained through this procedure.

Returns without a receipt or made after 60 days are entitled for in-store only merchandise credit equal to the lowest company-wide price at which the returned products were sold.

2. Ship Your Order Back

Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

NJ Pets orders can also be returned by mail within 60 days to our fulfillment center. A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received.
