Shipping Charges & Times

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account. Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected. For all other customers, the Shipping cost will be displayed in Checkout once the Shipping Address is entered and the Shipping Method selected. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or P.O. Boxes will result in a surcharge. This is based on your default shipping address.

Please note that selected items may not be shippable by USPS due to weight, size and dimension.

*Use your USPS shipment tracking number to confirm the delivery date of your package by visiting the USPS web site. Please note that USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation. Sorry, we do not ship to addresses within the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Terms & Conditions

In order to safeguard that the Live Fish & Invertebrates are kept in a safe setting, please be ready and available to sign for the package the day that your order arrives. Please take the package even if it is late, as must not be returned to the vendor. If you are not obtainable to sign for the package, NJ Pets can only promise a refund of the price of the Live Fish & Invertebrates and not the shipping cost.

If unfortunately, your Live Fish & Invertebrates arrives departed, NJ Pets will issue a refund or a replacement. One-time alternatives are issued at NJ Pet's choice and based on availability of the Live Fish & Invertebrates you purchased. If you signed for the package and a reimbursement is issued, you will also be reimbursed the prorated shipping cost for the departed Live Fish & Invertebrates.

Live Fish & Invertebrates arrivals must be adapted immediately upon receiving.

NJ Pets recommends that all new Live Fish & Invertebrates be isolated for 14 days. NJ Pets will not refund or exchange any existing Live Fish & Invertebrates that is injured or becomes ill as a result of introducing new Live Fish & Invertebrates to your aquarium.
